Inspiring, articulate and dapper MVP Bossing Awardee for 2011, Tommanny Tan is an accomplished businessman, involved in the import of consumer goods from the U.S., Taiwan, China and Japan. For more than two decades now, he has been into auto trading, packaging, repacking and food retail outlet businesses. He is a graduate of BS Computer Science at De La Salle University-Manila and has a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management. But what has gotten him the most attention and recognition is being the top man of Fern Inc., a direct selling and network marketing company founded in 2003. It offers the average Filipino a potentially rewarding business through the use and distribution of Fern Inc. products. The company has grown from only six employees and a handful of members to over 150 employees and a million-strong network base.
In this interview with Business Agenda, Mr. Tan, 44, talks about growing his network marketing business and going global with it, armed with business integrity, people skills and the dream of making every Filipino a millionaire. All that while keeping his family healthy and happy, and driving fast cars.
